Research Scientist
I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Chemistry, University of Alberta. I work in the Solid State and Inorganic Chemistry laboratory with Dr. Arthur Mar. My research focuses on rare-earth oxychalcogenides as potential candidates for photovoltaic cells, thermoelectrics, and semiconductors. Also, I employ machine learning approach to classify and discover new materials for applications such as batteries and catalysis.
